[Scan-DC] more ANG activity

Mike,
One thing I seem to be noticing more and more seems to be that the ANG
units. "SEEM" to be focusing a lot more on A-G work lately as opposed to A-A
work.

Might just be coincidental, But there sure appears to me to be a lot of
effort put toward that lately. Today the DC guys wee working with MAD DOG
and COBRA 23 TANGO. (I think it was 23 anyway). Both of these other call
signs appeared to be Forward Ground controllers. Now I have heard a lot of
this in the past but it does seem to be more and more frequent here lately.
Just thinking out loud here.

Side note, just caught BANDSAW KILO working Northern LIGHTS again on 364.2
AICC again. This has been on/off all day.
