[Scan-DC] more ANG activity

  In addition to what's already been reported, I have had extensive tfc on 142.3 (likely MD ANG as they're landing at Martin) and some traffic showed up on 141.7 (Mussel).  In addition, some very weak traffic- not sure if it was involved in today's exercise - was noted on 350.0 (Giant Killer, also old DC ANG common), 358.85 (Banyon or 1st Fighter Wing) and 357.10 (Jaws or 1st Fighter Wing)

  Lots of exercises going on over the last couple of weeks; Inauguration practice, New Years....I wonder why?
