  Gary, I would suggest joining the ARC250 and Scancat Yahoo mailing lists. Gommert Buysen and Jim Springer are active on their respective lists; and you'd learn the answer to your needs - if their software would do this - direct from the author. Then you can compare notes against the Signal Intelligence offering.
