I was using the SSs page to see what was listed. As you pointed out I didn't
see anything that did both I though would meet my needs. The ones that
looked like they recorded also seemed to only allow you to play back 1 file
at a time and not sequentially play them back.

Subject: [Scan-DC] Re; Computer Aided Scanning

Just going thru my page at Strong Signals, it strikes me as to how few
apps there are for scanning and recording audio. ARC250 Professional will,
as will Scancat Gold SE. Spectrum Dominator (a Signal Intelligence product)
does support some WJ receivers; Visual Radio also has recording functions.
Radiomax will also do this, to a point (see my review on Strong Signals).
Some support a wide variety of radios, others are dedicated.

One thing that concerns me with Signal Intelligence products - maybe Jeff
can chime in here - is that I think the audio recorded by them is recorded
in a proprietary format that cannot be played by a standard WAV player. If
you plan to share your recordings, and this remains true, it could be a
problem.

  An interesting question. 73s Mike
