[Scan-DC] Montgomery Fire - 7 Oscar

Hey, does anyone know if Montgomery Fire has a talkgroup designated 
"7-Oscar"?  (If so, does anyone have the ID?)  Thanks!  I think I have heard 
references to this channel, but the mem file I have for my BC-796 doesn't 
have this one - only goes to 7N (what is that, 7-November?).
