[Scan-DC] SPIDERS confirmed

SPIDER 41 just gave up his tail # to the TANKER. I
only caught the end of t which was "0820" but a quick
Scramble serch brought back "81-0820" as hailing from
the 178th FS (ND-ANG). 

Still no joy on any of their A-A freqs. am beginning
to wonder if they have been told to keep a lid on the
chit chat or are possibly taying GREEN. Possibly due o
upcoming Inauguration Events. TIGERS were extremely
quiet on their chit-chat as well. I am used to hearing
these guys talk it up to kill time during these CAPS.
