[Scan-DC] Tigers A/A freqs

  Hi Jack; over the last week or two, they've been heard on 260.9 (last nite, per Kevin Eiler), 140.8 and 141.6.  The 141 mhz freq was heard 12/22 and 23, and reported on Milcom by David Hartman.  Back in Nov, they were spotted on 138.15
