[Scan-DC] Pirate radio calls for inauguration protests

I can't be sure but I read in the Maryland Gazette last week that there's a 
new AM radio station that been licensed to operate a very low power signal in 
the Freeport area (I believe) of Annapolis. 

 According to the article the station is only supposed to be heard for about 
a 1/4 mile radius from the transmitter. The article gave the freq and I think 
that it was around 1680.

Unfortunately I did get to save the article before it was thrown out in the 
recycle bin.

I've tuned into 1680 but I'm not hearing anything right now (1238 EST)
