[Scan-DC] ANG activity on 142.3?

  I'm getting some sporadic traffic on 142.3; folks talking about future missions, getting some bearings, one person said that he was over Route 40 (a major route in the Baltimore area).  Last time this freq was active was back on 12/9 according to my Radiomax logs.
  This was first noted around quarter after 1 this afternoon
