[Scan-DC] USAF Pilot's *Enemy* School Error

  I was thinking of posting to list the other day to see if any further 
info had become available re this inexcusable error.

  I just heard a FOX news report that the USAF finds "pilot error" & "a 
poorly designed aircraft control" at fault.It went on to say the F-16 pilot 
"forgot" his cannon was set to arm when he pulled the trigger to activate a 
targeting laser.

  I'm sure this finding will give the public alot of confidence.Sure would 
have loved to have heard/recorded the air-to-ground,& back,comm's on that 
particular "mission".
