  I'm located about 20 miles south of DC in Charles county & these guiy's 
are coming in like a local @ 1520hrs.

It sounds like they are just about done for the day.They were doing some 
kind of test firing with units reporting "velocity" numbers.
Another just talked about "breaking it down for the day" & him going back 
to his motel & doing "the paper-work" for the days work.
