[Scan-DC] new Dorchester system is going live

Mike, I posted some of the new Dorchester TG's on the [RadioReference] 
website. The system will be fully operational at 12 noon tomorrow. The old 
Johnson system will be totally turned off.

  In a follow up message, Brian confirmed that 151.07 will be the new fire 
dispatch channel which will also go live tomorrow. 46.06 will evidently go 
away.

  Coincidentally, he also mentions on the RR Maryland forum that it would 
appear MSP Easton will also be leaving their old VHF low band [39.96] for 
the Consortium 800 system.  This makes 2 barracks that are making the 
switch within days of one another.
Guess it's time to make another change to the MSP Grove page....
