[Scan-DC] i-calls on Digital systems - Howard and Montgomery counties

Good day,

I'm trying to choose a scanner (pro 96 or bc296d) as a "gift" suggestion.
Are i-calls (unit to unit direct) part of P-25 systems in Montgomery and
Howard county?

I understand that the pro 96 doesn't receive i-calls at all, and that the
bc296d only receives them on analog systems.
