[Scan-DC] i-calls on Digital systems - Howard and Montgomerycounties

Rick,

I-Calls are a part of both counties' systems.

This brings me to a question of my own now.  I know that on Uniden 
Trunktrackers you can enter the talkgroup ID of 700000 to receive all 
I-Calls (which display as a 5 digit decimal ID of the Radio preceded by the 
numeral 7), regardless of the individual Radio ID.  Is there a way to enter 
this "false" talkgroup ID on the PRO-96?

My Thanksgiving day gift to myself of the PRO-96 is scheduled to arrive at 
my house either later today or tomorrow, so I might just answer my own 
question through some trial n error, but I was kinda curious about that now.
