[Scan-DC] ARC250 files

   Folks, I'm trying to build some ARC250 files for Cecil, Harford and PG 
counties, and need to fill in some holes.
   I've got most of the Public Safety stuff, along with Aberdeen/Edgewood 
and Andrews, but I'm interested in some of the other freqs that are found 
on Allscan and Jim Fordyce's site.
   There's a great deal of old stuff on these sites, but some of it is 
still good - and that's where you come in. What are the listings - apart 
from the public safety stuff - that are still valid?  You can those

   and yes, before someone asks - I will be including the new Harford 800 
system frequencies in the file; but no talkgroups, as none have been 
released to the public yet.
