[Scan-DC] RE: Pro-96 Frequency Question

I have ordered the Pro-96 (with the $150 Rebate!). Will it come pre-loaded
with the frequencies for the Herndon P.D., or must I hand enter the data? If
so, does anyone know the specific frequencies?
