[Scan-DC] request for Frederick ARC250 file

   The recent request for a Frederick ARC250 file sorta reminded me of 
something; we may have more than a few newer folks on this list that don't 
know about it....

   The Capitol Hill Monitors have been collecting ARC250 and Win96 (.p96) 
files for our covered areas (Md., Northern Va., DC, Southern Delaware) for 
a little while now.  With Xmas coming around (and all you lucky folks that 
Santa delivers one of the new digital trunktrackers), it would be nice to 
expand our library a little bit.  The more files we can get, the more 
useful the library will become, particularly to newcomers (and oldtimers, 
too) that find that programming the new digital trunktrackers is an 
adventure, to say the least.

   If you're interested in contributing, please take a look at our 2 pages 
where we have this library set up;  note that users of the other Win9x 
programs can use Don Starr's Winxx Data Converter to change their files to 
.p96 format...
