   Yeah, I find this very odd too; USCG Curtis Bay on and off all afternoon 
with comms with various ships, some of them in trouble (person in the 
water, 1 call for a difficulty that the CG says they would not send a 
search and rescue unit...)
Heard nothing at the moment on 156.8 which is where you would expect them; 
I heard this on 3 different receivers and antennas (including a 245 with a 
Condor antenna) so it's not a spur or overload.  Included in this was some 
comms with Serendipity station (I can't reveal the nature of the traffic), 
and some digital stuff with a tone at the end of each burst.  What in the 
world are they doing here???
Folks near Curtis Bay should listen more carefully on 155.475....
