  I wonder what he,the flight leader,was talking about? I expect by "fluid" 
he mean's it's alway's changing.
By now one would think everyone,military/civilian, would be on the same 
page re comm's

I mean is it a *real* problem or is he just mad 'cause he does not feel he 
is getting proper respect?

  Surely in a military situation he get's priority....right?
