Thanks for the info everyone.  It's unfortunate that the accident happened.  :(

There is still a little bit of activity on the Metro Police channel - 161.385.  The red line operations channel 160.260 is busy with traffic related to the single tracking operation.

I'll try listening to DC's Citywide frequency 159.15 since I don't have a digital scanner.

I learned about the emergency while I was at the Court House station at 5 PM.
