[Scan-DC] update - Metro Train Collision in Woodley Park Station

at least 11 people transported to hospitals all over
the area.  ems command said they were "out of
ambulances" and had to ask additional support of BCC
rescue squad, Glen-Echo, etc.  H-mars was activated
and checked in for open beds at most area hospitals. A
"casualty bus" was called in. injured were found
having made their way to hotels in the area.  MPD's
helicopter has been hovering over the scene for about
30 minutes.
