[Scan-DC] Marine Corps Marathon and Question

Was anyone scanning the UHF federal band yesterday?  While watching the
race at mile 23, I saw some Marines using UHF digital radios (unknown if
trunked).  They would call in to some kind of race coordinator or
dispatcher when the first man, first woman, etc. passed their post at
mile 23.  The frequency they were on also had other support-related
calls, such as medical emergencies.  I searched from 380-420 MHz, but
couldn't find anything.  The frequency was very active.  Anyone hear
anything?  Thanks.
