Yes I worked for the Fed's for 33 years and OBE has become a word to me.

Let me give you an example.   [Boss to Bob]  You know that high priority
project you've worked on day and night for the last 7 months and are now
just days from completing - it's now OBE.

  That's a neat list.

I guess "OBE" stand's for not used anymore but what do the letters mean?
