[Scan-DC] looks like ANG is up

   Earlier this eve (about 7:30) I had 292.3 and 373.1 up with all sorts of 
traffic, including someone mentioning hostiles at various altitiudes; both 
of these freqs were noted back on 9/9 as 'red air' and 'blue air', 
respectively.  There was also some traffic on 141.875 and 141.825; that 
seemed to go down to 139.625 with what sounded like various altitude and 
turn reports, along with some brief chit chat.

   Time to dust off those old ANG/CAP lists....73s  Mike
