   I got a note from b_thom that the railroad museum which was so badly 
damaged in the winter storms last year, will be reopening Nov 13/14.

   Also some interesting news from the RadioReference Delaware board from 
DoctorDave;

154.86 CSQ is the Delaware Statewide Enforcement Network (SWEN) - which 
will be used to patch MSP and other outside jurisdictions into the DE 
Trunked system (on a dedicated talkgroup) for police mutual aid. They also 
have a dedicated talkgroup for patches into 155.475. This has been tested 
quite a bit lately w/ MD.

Also, FYI, 45.24 is listed as a DE statewide civil defense frequency - but 
to my knowledge, none of us have heard anything whatsoever on it for quite 
a few years.
