[Scan-DC] Hazmat/decon/device exercise underway at NIH/Navy Med Ctr.

Many tg's on Montgomery County, MD & NIH's trunked
systems have fire/ems/police/hospital personnel
engaging in what sounds like a large scale hazmat or
chem/bio contamination exercise.  Lots of previously
quiet tg's being used.
