Eric Carlson's page on Oriole Park is pretty much completely outdated.
As he notes in the intro paragraph, the frequencies were from a game in
1998.  The Orioles are using a bunch of 451/452 frequencies simplex, a
464 repeater, and a bunch of recently-licensed 453 repeaters.  The
Ravens use a slew of 463/464 repeaters and simplex frequencies.
Everything I've found is on my Baltimore City page.
