   I think I have fairly well determined that the vehicles I have
seen that are designated as "U.S. Police" are associated with the
CIA.  I guess the "U.S. Police" moniker is a bit strange or funny
because the CIA, at least at this time, remains forbidden, to the
best of my knowledge, to employ its assets within the United States.
