[Scan-DC] Re LMR Trunk Freqs

Dsear Al and Shawn. You probably won't decode it with any scanner at
this point. This is a new M/A-COM P25 system.

Yes, it's seems to be south of DC.  I tried to decode
it using Trunker and ETrunker, but with no luck.
My thought is that it's a 9600 baud control channel.
A friend brought in his PRO96, but the '96 isn't the
most sensitive radio at that freq.  It wasn't able to
decode anything either.
Anybody south of DC able to get this signal?
