[Scan-DC] New NOAA Station

Could you be mistaken? The NOAA Radio site 
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/nwr/listcov.htm  frequency listing subpage shows 
that station is in Michigan, and it is not listed in the "Change Notice" 
subpage which was updated 18 Aug. The DC area is pretty well covered 
between the Manassas & Baltimore sites.
