[Scan-DC] Confirming Victor 6 freq for DC ANG 121FS

DC ANG 121FS "SCARY 1" and "SCARY 2" F16s were heard last night around
9PM local on 139.9 doing apparent night-vision goggles work.  After saying
to go to Victor 6, they were found on 139.35 where they indicated they
were 85 miles east of Andrews and returning.

Glad I can finally hear some mil comms at night (the only time I can
listen), and contribute to the group.
