Frederick County, Md:

   Earlier today, State Highway Workers discovered the body of a female
lying in a drainage ditch on eastbound Route 340, at Route 17 (Brunswick).
SHA notified MSP Barrack B (via nextel) who dispatched a trooper.  When he
arrived, he confirmed it was, in fact, a dead body....   Operations
commenced on 39.400.  MSP dispatched their crime lab, and SHA shut down the
entrance ramp to 340.   Eventually, MSP B switched all operations on scene
to the "MSP TAC" trunk channel in Frederick County;  however, since the
crime scene was so small, there was little or no radio traffic.
