[Scan-DC] DC MPD online

   I got this from Al Henney and Andrew Fried;

We're currently scanning all of the MPD "channels".  DC is using a
trunked radio system with a large number of talk groups.  We're
monitoring all of the channels and all of the talk groups.

By the way, we have a new link for the scanner - we're using an
audio streaming company to allow more simultaneous connections.  The new
link for windows media player is:
