[Scan-DC] 135th AS MD ANG

It appears that the 135th AS (C-130J's) at Martin State airport have 
undergone a couple of changes. 

1. Earlier this spring they changed their callsign to Crab ## from their 
usual Witch ##.  Probably in honor of the Maryland Blue Crab for which this area 
is justifiably famous. Their special activity/"travelling" callsign was Mizzen, 
but it may have also gone away.

2. About the same time they changed their callsign, it appears that they may 
have also changed thier mission.  Lately, at least two of the aircraft (# 
97-1352 & 97-1354), have been flying airevac missions.  They have been flying from 
their home base at Martin State to Andrews, picking up medevac crew and 
patients and from Andrews flying missions to other bases. When flying evac missions 
they've been using callsigns Evac 71352 & Evac 71354.

I've only seen these two birds in evac missions so I can't say for sure if 
the other aircraft have also adopted a new mission.
