[Scan-DC] Police / Chooper 8 Activity Gaithersburg

Something going on out here in Gaithersburg, perhaps around the lovely North 
Summit Ave area - Chooper 8 (Trooper 8) (maybe not 8, but MSP helicopter) 
hovering over the area - also saw one MCPD car with partial running lights 
on turn off of MVA at the back of the village... and most significant, no 
cops or security cars down at the 7-11 at the bottom of the hill.  Possible 
perp search/perimeter?  Nothing on fire channels, and I'm deaf on 800 MHz, 
still not quite ready to drop $500 on a new radio...

I went out and took a lap around, but too difficult to drive, spot, and 
navigate at the same time...

This was at around 2230 (now 2245), I no longer hear the helicopter, but am 
seeing lightning and thunder moving closer in, so that may have chased them. 
  It's chasing me off the internet - 9 Tango 17 10-7!
