Mtgy County Fire units on the scene on Charred Oak Drive in Potomac, large 
abandoned house off... this has been the site of several arsons over a 
period of years... this'll be the last one because they're letting it go.  
This is near Seven Locks Road and Bradly Boulevard, also Carteret Road.  
Operations on 7-Golfo.

I drove by there a few days after the last one, back in May or June... 
strange, this was a nice home in a very expensive area that apparently has 
been abandoned for years - I wonder why an expensive home in this area was 
abandoned in the first place... even the vacant lot must be worth 6 
figures...
