All,

There have been CAPS up all day over the NY/NJ/MD/DE areas.

Cosmics (NJ ANG F-16s, Atlantic City) were up in the morning working with 
Bandsaw (228.9).

In the late afternoon Harrass 11 (id as FF 82-0011, Langley AFB) and Harrass 
12 (id as FF 83-0047, Langley AFB) are working w/Huntress (228.9) and tanker 
(228.9 & 320.6).

Working freq for NY ARTCC was given as 270.30
