[Scan-DC] VHF Propagation

All,

Early this morning 0700-0800 EDT the VHF propagation was very good from the 
south. I was hearing ground controllers I never hear on 118.6 (Quantico 
twr);118.95 (Potomac-Reagan); 119.85 (Potomac-Reagan); 124.65 (Potomac-Dulles); 
125.65 Potomac Reagan).

I was even hearing some aircraft on the ground at Andrews.
