[Scan-DC] Possible Israeli Pilots

Picked up some unsual comms this morning (30 Jun).  

Listening to 358.0 which is the freq for Pax River's Webster Navy Outlying 
Field (NOLF). Heard strong signal from two Hebrew-speaking pilots.

There could be a couple of explanations:

1.These might be a couple of Israeli pilots who might be part of the current 
class at the Navy Test Pilot School at Pax River. 

2. There's a transit of Israeli aircraft to/from the U.S. and what I caught 
was some interplane chat.
