[Scan-DC] Fire in metro tunnel

There was a small trash fire on the Blue and Orange lines near or between 
Eastern Market and Potomac Ave.  There is still a lot of activity on 160.38 
and 161.385 (Police) MHz.  I can't hear DCFD on 154.19.

I think the trains are still holding.  Some might be moving away from 
Eastern Market and Potomac Ave.

I haven't heard the local TV or Radio stations reporting the fire.
