[Scan-DC] Trooper 17

All,

Just had (1000 EDT) MSP helo Trooper 17 working with the Wash Area Helo 
control (120.75). Trooper 17 was going to drop his VIP pax off at the Georgetown 
Univ Hospital helo pad.

I'm assuming that he's carrying MD Gov't VIPs headed for the Reagan funeral.

This is the first time I've heard the MSP use this Trooper 17 callsign in a 
long time.
