[Scan-DC] FBI on 167.4125

All,

In the mid 0800 hour EDT on 167.4125 (PL 167.9) there were several units 
conducting clear & encrypted comms checks.

Calls noted:

KGB 770 (NCS)
HR 42
HR 56

In the comms chat they revealed that this freq is channel 7 on their system 
and it is a repeater channel. After they checked comms in this freq they were 
to return to WFB8, referred to as channel 8 simplex.
