Isn't DRAGO a callsign for a ceremonial flyby of any type of aircraft? I
think I've heard that callsign used for flybys of a funeral at Arlington
National Cemetery.  And may also have seen it referenced in the notes of
the IFR supplement, Flight Information Handbook, etc.


And while I think of it....has anybody noticed that the last couple of IFR
supplements don't show any mil freqs for Washington Center ARTCC?  It's
the only ARTCC not showing mil freqs.  Does anybody know another source to
keep my listening updated?
