I did a brief scan and came up with the following:

sorry guys i dont have a digital scanner and im terrible at guessing what
type of transmission these are..

===
enc = encrypted / digital?
p = possibly paging?
v = voice
trunk = trunked...?
===
Hi-Band VHF GOV Scan 160-173 MHz

166.025 - enc
166.95 - ?
163.45 - p
165.6875 - enc - secret service?
163.0 - paging / enc?
164.4375 - enc
169.6 - i always get a rock solid 24/7 xmission from this freq.. sounds like
a trunk control channel?
162.075 - trunk? enc?
162.3125 - enc? trunk?
165.7375 - enc (simplex)
167.3625 - enc
167.1875 - enc
