[Scan-DC] FDNY heard on Ocean City, MD system!

>From the strange, but true dept.  I just heard the FDNY Citywide dispatcher relaying a progress report from Bronx Communications on a haz-mat incident in FDNY Division 7.  Nothing unusual there, but I was I'm in Ocean City, MD monitoring the OC trunked EDACS system.  This broadcast was heard on the OC EDACS talk-group 0977.

The only possible explanation I have is that FDNY Citywide broadcast on 154.43 mHz.  Perhaps there's a local input on the OC system that relays that frequency, used by some local dept.,  on TG 0977.

Anyone have any other thoughts?
