[Scan-DC] Homeland Security Aircraft

All,

This morning, for the first time, I heard aircraft using callsign Homeland 1 
departing from Reagan National (125.65).

I'm guessing that this callsign is used by the Department of Homeland 
Security Secretary (Tom Ridge). Would guess that this aircraft is a VC-37 or Cessna 
550 Citation
