Saw this on the net today, but I haven't had the time to follow his 
directions and build one myself.  It's a do it yourself cell phone 
tracking system.

Take a bit of doing, but I wouldn't put is past some of the people on 
this list.  Would be interested to know if actually works or if this 
guy is just making it up.
