Jeff, you have told me that you are near to Pax River NAS
This is home to the E-6B TACAMO/ABNCP and the ground station there would
have uplink to the UHF FO Mitsat
You might try switching to NBFM and see if that helps clear it up
If you had a radio with spectrum analysis capability then you would see
carriers popping up all the time
When in the DAMA U/L mode the carrier will likely be diff each time
Some stations are not using DAMA and the NAOC sometimes uses an U/L UHF
channel
I have only one time seen the UHF U/L from an ABNCP but I dont have spectrum
analysis capability (sure do want it though)
