[Scan-DC] airport incident

    It seems that command is on 1K (tg336), and lots on the BWI airport tgs 
as well.  MSP Glen Burnie (39.04) is involved, and they just had a message 
to go to 'high band channel 3'???.  Also some very weak - likely simplex - 
comms noted on 172.125, which is an FAA Eastern Airports net freq (from a 
very old list).  BGE took care of the power lines, and there was a little 
tfc on the MTA BWI Garage freq (453.1375) about getting some lights and 
signs changed.  There was also some comms that some officers would be 
coming from MTA Port.
    Some other FAA comms have been noted on much stronger 172.175 (likely a 
repeater).   Also BWI police and operations (453.9 and 453.8, both with a 
123.0 PL) were also obviously very busy.
