[Scan-DC] Lot'a Skip

Been getting alot of skip on the Charles county (md) pd freq',154.875, this 
AM.Have not id'd any as of yet.
I just heard a couple references about some West Va. address's.'Course it 
could be the new Scantenna I just installed is REALLY working well. :)

Might be interesting to pay attention to 154.28 too see if any "skip 
headaches",re MA's post on the subject,come into play.
